I met Cara as a freshman in college and there was an instant connection. I knew I wanted to be her friend immediately and luckily it was mutual. She brought me out of my shell (aka my sad dorm where all I would do is binge watch the biggest loser and play Sims) and introduced me to my core friend group in college. When we said goodbye to each other after graduation there were a lot of fights and a lot of tears because we both knew that this was the end of an amazing chapter. 3 years later after struggling to maintain our friendship miles away from each other, Trent suggested we move to Chicago! This was a very easy decision for me knowing that my best friend lived there. A friendship like ours is a rarity and I couldn't be happier to have her stand by me on the most important day of my life :)

Dane was my first friend growing up and now that we are both men, I couldn't be happier to have him by my side on my big day. Even though he is my younger brother, I have always looked up to him and now more than ever at the man he has become. He is intelligent, compassionate and it is truly amazing how driven and loving he is. Even though our last name has the word 'loser' in it, that is the opposite of what Dane embodies. Whether he's unleashing his rage at basketball games, or inspiring young minds at school, I'll always be proud of him. You'll find him on the dance floor saying Eddy would go!
Jade Davis

Jade and I started off as coworkers but we became attached to each other rather quickly. It was hard not to form a strong bond when you are spending every workday together and then we liked each other so much, we would make weekend plans. This went on for like 5 years. Due to our working relationship, our friendship has been tested throughout the years but we always came out stronger and more invested in each other. I'm always going to fight for her and she's always going to fight for me. Whenever Trent and I are on a Chicago adventure, she is not far behind.

My brother, Gavin shall stand with me atop the mountain on my big day. I loved growing up with him and am so grateful he is a part of my life. At my wedding, I look forward to having his passion, strength and humor with me throughout the day. His future truly is bright, but this day is about me so remember that. Not fully in the background but you get the idea, I mean you get to stand at the front isn’t that enough? I’m asking for one day and then we can go back to all the amazing things you have done and are going to continue to do.
Kara Horn

I have known Kara Horn (known as KB) since I was twelve. She has a very small circle of friends and I am fortunate to be one of them. She is the big sister I never had, navigating me through the politics of middle school and high school and teaching me how to socialize properly (I am awkward). Even though we have lived in separate states for many years and are now adult women, our friendship remains just as argumentative and hilarious as it was before. I can't wait to hear her very loud and very infectious laugh on this special day :)

It means the world to me to have all my brothers stand with me on this day. I’m so happy I get the best Hicks as my brother. From the beginning, he has always made me feel included and a part of the family. Also, I get to have the funniest person alive be a part of my wedding and that’s a big deal. Especially with him being a new father, giving me one more reason to be excited to join this already amazing family. I look forward to many more big moments throughout our lives.
Savannah Cannistraro

Savannah was the very first person I met in Chicago. She interviewed me for an unpaid internship that ended up changing both of our lives. She is the person who first started calling me and Trent 'mom and dad' and is the first person I would call whenever Nelson or Frenchie (cats) needed to be taken care of. She is always putting everybody else's needs before her own, instantly putting on my spotify playlist in the car instead of hers. Since she moved to LA, I miss my tennis buddy everyday and so I am beyond grateful to have her here with me for this day!
Austin Brose

Austin and I have a unique friendship. We met in college and their was an instant connection. Whether that was bonding over weird political conspiracies or obscure video games, I can’t think of any better friend who puts up with and enjoys the things I like and I hope they feel the same. Thankfully, Austin ended up moving to Chicago and I truly don't know what I would do without them. They have been there for some of our best memories while we lived in Colorado and now we are creating even more memories in Chicago. We are the three musketeers and I can't wait for them to stand with us on our special day!

I have known Molly since middle school and for awhile we were just exchanging insults with each other. The bickering became fun and then it wasn't long before we were spending all of our time together whether it was sliding down the halls of school or staying up late watching movies. She was there for me even when it was hard for her to be due to a conflict of interest.. :) Making gory movies with her are the reason why I want to be in the film industry at all and I will continue to pursue my dreams as long as she continues to love and support me!

Obviously, I need my best friend to be with me on my most important day. Orry was our roommate before Cait and I got together and he was the first person that we told. He is very special to us individually and collectively. The guy who has probably seen every single side of me and who has been a part of our relationship the entire way. I can't wait to celebrate with my little rock.

Katie is the most kind, considerate, and most wonderful human beings you will ever meet. She is empathetic to everyone's emotion and will listen to you thoughtfully until you feel better. I knew she was special the moment she went against everyone else at my birthday party, and slept outside with me in the hallway in order to make sure I was okay. Middle schoolers are typically evil so it is a rarity to find someone with a heart at such a young age. She is an amazing friend but an even better mother and I can't wait to celebrate with her!!

As my boy my ride or die my best friend who I always want by my side. Adrian guessed Cait and I were a couple before it was even official. He has played a role in some of our favorite moments throughout our our relationship. I love the memories we have made together and I can’t wait to make many more with him on my Wedding. He visits frequently when we are miles away and he has always had our backs. You can find him doing a magic show during the reception!

Choosing Darren to officiate our wedding was the easiest decision of the entire process! He has been there since the very beginning and has always supported and cared for our relationship. He is like family to us and there is no one else we would rather stand before than this gem of a man.
