Is this a kid friendly wedding?

Answer

Adults only please - To give all our guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about little eyes and ears, we politely request no children. We hope you will understand our decision to make the wedding child-free and take the opportunity to let your hair down and celebrate in style!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal/cocktail attire -- Feel free to wear cocktail dresses, a suit, and tie, or a sports coat.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors but we will heave indoors for the reception.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guest can head straight to the reception hall where we will be serving finger food and beverages.

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! if you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no," so we can plan accordingly.

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

The venue will be located at Address: 2211 Hairy Man Rd, Round Rock, TX 78681. It is most accessible by car (lot's of parking available)

What time Should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive an hour before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Lots of free parking a the venue, but NO valet will be available.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on the invitation.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

If you are an out-of-town guest we will be booking a stay close to the venue for you. You should have gotten an email with the info you need -- make sure to check your spam. If you believe you have not received the info please contact our coordinator.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

The deadline to RSVP is November 15. In efforts to be a bit eco-friendly, you will be able to RSVP online via the invitation link you will receive via email. We will not have traditional paper invitations.

Will transportation be provided between to/from the hotel?

Answer

For out-of-town guests, we will provide transportation. We will also have on sight parking for all other individuals.

May I take centerpiece/candle/flowers home as a souvenir?

Answer

Yes! -- Don't let the decor go to waste. Take anything home with you that is part of the decor.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes -- We encourage guests to post pictures on their social media channels, our only request is that you tag us so that we can share the memories. Feel free to sue out wedding hashtag #Gemma&Cain
