Mark, a man of few words, making the words he does have to say very meaningful and insightful. When Mark is making a decision about anything, it being a new fish finder for their boat, a bicycle, or a piece of land for their future homestead, he is going to devote so much time and energy in researching the item until he throughly knows every little thing about it! That’s one of Cailey’s favorite qualities about Mark, when making decisions he doesn’t make them lightly. When Cailey asked Mark to help with their wedding registry she knew it was going to take a while because everything was going to be well researched that he was picking out. Knowing this about Mark also made their proposal one of the most emotional days of Cailey’s life, because of the work and thoughtfulness Mark had done in picking and designing the most perfect ring off of little details Cailey mentioned to him over the years, and choosing her to be with him for the rest of their lives. Being on water is one of Mark’s favorite pastimes. He was in the Coastguard for four years based on Staten Island, where he patrolled New York City’s rivers. Now he’s fishing Newfound Lake in the summer off of their boat and in the winter when the lake freezes he’s out there in his bob-house fishing.

Brittany is one of Cailey’s older sisters (Cailey has 4 older sisters!). They are 2 years apart, and grew up together in Hebron on their parents farm. You’ll find Brittany helping to keep things in order at the wedding and showing off her dance moves on the dance floor! Fun fact: When Brittany and Cailey were younger they would play Barbies together and right before leaving to go to a family reunion in Hawaii, Brittany cut Cailey’s hair because their Barbie horse needed hay and Cailey’s hair looked like hay. So Brittany chopped off Cailey’s hair. Their mom Cindy was less than impressed and Cailey had to then get an awful bowl haircut.

Haley is Cailey’s closest confidant since 1999! They’ve been the “Haley Cailey show” since first grade. From winter carnival pageants, proms, field hockey teammates, gymnastics fanatics, graduations, to vacations they are more like sisters than best friends. She has always been Cailey’s number one supporter! Haley attended Cailey’s bikini competition down in the Bahamas in 2021. Haley worked out, supported, encouraged, and motivated Cailey throughout her entire bikini prep then supported her at the competition. Haley is one of a kind, the best of the best, as she’s always putting others first in her life. Fun fact: ask Haley to see pictures of the bear and buck she shot last year!

Nicole Wardwell

Nikki and Cailey met at Plymouth State University where they attended college and played field hockey together! Nikki was in the same dormitory as Cailey freshman year and they quickly became best friends. You’ll find Cailey calling her “little Nikki” but beware Nicole is one of the strongest, most athletic people you’ll ever meet. Cailey can count on Nicole for anything she’s always been there for her. Fun fact: Cailey broke her foot at Nikki and Codie’s wedding in 2017, one of the main reasons Cailey and Mark started dating because she was home for months after.

Tayla and Cailey met their sophomore year at Plymouth State University where they attended college together. Tayla is one of the funniest people you’ll ever meet. Her sense of humor has everyone constantly laughing. When Cailey first told Tayla about Mark, she asked “so when do I get to meet our boyfriend”. After living together in college, taking a 12 day vacation in Europe together, going through many ups and downs of life’s challenges, it’s safe to say Tayla knows Cailey better than anyone. “My little lobster” Fun fact: Tayla and her husband Charlie are new parents to a sweet baby boy

Ashley Mulder

Ashley and Cailey met in 2019 at their “fun job” waitressing at Ledge Water Steak House. The girls hit it off immediately, Cailey told Ashley about Mark and her interests/hobbies; riding motorcycles, enjoying cocktails, shooting guns, fishing, lake life. The girls quickly decided to set up a double date, without their men ever meeting. On the way to Mark and Cailey’s house Jesse (Ashley’s husband) asked Ashley what Mark was like and she’s like I have never met him but from the sounds of it we’re going to all be best friends. That is one of the truest statements Ashley’s ever predicted! The Mulder’s have become Cailey and Mark’s best friend couple and what wild times they’ve all had! Ashley is truly like another big sister to Cailey. Fun Fact: the Mulder’s, Mark and Cailey all attended a Bob Seger concert together and it was truly the best concert ever. Bob Seger is Mark’s all time favorite artist. Possibly the happiest anyone has ever seen Mark was at this concert.

Jamie Gould

Jamie was born just 5 days before Mark, and in the same hospital! Cailey is convinced it was during that time they became buddies, but it was a short time later in their younger days playing little league baseball, and sledding down the backwoods of Hill. They continued having fun and causing mischief in high school automotive classes, delivering pizza around town and bagging groceries at market basket. That’s their story and they’re sticking to it!

Steve Parenteau

By the book, Steve is Mark’s brother in law. (Pun intended). Steve met Mark when he was around 7 years old. His older sister Cindy had a new boyfriend. Mark had a new WWF wrestling partner, REC center basketball coach, and someone to take him to Bruins games. Now it’s cribbage matches with an after dinner Guinness. True friend, true brother.

Dustin Jones

Groomsman

Dustin went to high school with Mark. There aren’t many dirt roads, power lines and even ditches that Dustin and Mark haven’t explored growing up in the woods of New Hampshire. Mark and Dustin once skipped a few hours of school to do some trout fishing and they even caught a fish in the process! Cailey and Mark have gone to visit Dustin and his wife, Autumn, in Colorado, and she’s quickly accepted what adventures await this crew!

Jeremy Carlin

It’s Team Mark and Jer. You’ll often find this duo shooting darts, trying to hustle friends on the corn hole boards or singing karaoke well into the late hours of the night. It was at one of Jeremy’s parties Mark first saw Cailey! Needless to say, Jeremy is one of Mark and Cailey’s biggest fans.

Jordan Wickens

Jordan and Mark met back in high school. When Mark left for the Coast Guard, it wasn’t goodbye for long. Jordan signed up about a year later! It was by the luck of the draw that Jordan got stationed just an hour away from Mark. These 18 yr old New Hampshire boys were now able to tackle the big apple and the jersey shore together with what little style they had. Mark has not lost touch and can continue to live is CG days vicariously through Jordan as he is still serving.
