Why are we doing this?

Hey Martin Clan! We wanted to give you a little insight into the Martin Clan Wedding Party. Mac & I weighed our options and resources and decided on an extremely small wedding in South Lake Tahoe near his hometown, Truckee, in September. My heart was torn, wanting to have all of you together to celebrate with us. So Mom and the Aunts suggested we have a super casual Martin Party along the lines of a traditional holiday gathering/cousin slumber party. And where better to do that than Seymour!! So plan to come anytime on Saturday and stay for the day/evening. We plan to have a light lunch, Easter egg hunt in the park for the Littles, corn hole, washers and visiting all afternoon. Then, dinner and dancing in the evening. This will be a kid friendly party, obviously. Non-alcoholic beverages will be provided, but feel free to BYOB. Please consider lodging in Seymour Saturday night if you are traveling far. I want to get to dance with all my family! And know that once we establish a home in Truckee in the near future, yall are all welcome to come visit us!!

What is the dress code?

Wear whatever you'd like! It's gonna be a long day full of fun, food, Easter egg hunting, dancing and games so dress comfy!!

Why are there no gifts on the registry?

Answer

Your presence at our celebration is more than enough of a gift! However, if you would still like to give, feel free to contribute to one of our funds (Honeymoon or house) or bring a gift card or something that can fit inside Mac's suitcase (Cailey's is always full!)
