Flight

Logan Airport (BOS) and Manchester Regional Airport (MHT)

To get to downtown Concord, we recommend flying into Boston Airport or Manchester Airport. If flying from the west coast, you will likely have more direct flight options into Boston. From there, we recommend either renting a car or taking a bus. If you plan to bus, make sure you fly into Boston. You can catch the bus directly from Boston airport. Downtown Concord is about 1 hour 20 mins from Boston without traffic. Ubers are not widely available once you are in Concord, so you may struggle to get one back to the airport if you choose to uber, which is why we recommend a rental car or bus.

Train

Concord Coach

This is not a train, it is a bus. But it leaves Logan Airport (BOS) and will drop you off in Concord and is by far the cheapest way to travel. Please then verify how far away your hotel is from the bus station and reserve a cab if you need to get from the bus to your hotel with your luggage. We recommend a rental car over uber/lyft if not taking the bus from Boston.

Shuttle to Ceremony

October 4, 2025 3:00 pm - 3:30 pm

Shuttle 1 will pick up at the Hilton DoubleTree Downtown Concord at 3:00p and then head to the Hotel Concord at 3:10p. Shuttle 2 will pick up at the Comfort Inn Concord at 3:00p and then head to the Centennial at 3:10p. These shuttles will be school buses and will bring guests to the ceremony. It is about a 10-15 minute shuttle ride. If you miss the shuttle, please plan to call Main Street Taxi (603-226-8888) as there are not reliably Ubers in Concord.

Shuttle Home From Wedding

October 4, 2025 10:00 pm - 1:30 am

For the way home, we will have minivan shuttles starting at 10pm to take guests home and they will run continuously until 1:30a. Please plan accordingly as not everyone can fit in the last shuttles and there are not Ubers in Concord. If you miss the shuttles, please plan to call Main Street Taxi (603-226-8888) by 2am or schedule one in advance.

Each individual guest must make their own reservations by calling the hotel directly. They must identify themselves as members of the McCabe/Graffy wedding group. All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. Hotel block expires 9/2 so please book early to get the block rate!

Reservations can be made by calling the hotel directly at (603) 227-9000. Guests will need to reference the McCabe/Graffy Wedding Room Block group to receive the group rate. All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. Hotel block expires 9/5 so please book early to get the block rate!

The hotel block is full at this hotel, but we will have a shuttle picking up from this location if you still wish to book outside the block.
