What will the weather be like in Colorado?
Answer
Summer temps will be warm but cooler weather is never out of the question! Be sure to bring layers just in case as well as your sunscreen or sun-shirts!! Remember we are much closer to the sun here in Colorado so that sunshine is much more intense!

How far is the hotel from the venue?
Answer
Salida is about 35-40 minutes from the venue.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Mountain dress up! No need to bust out the formal wear. Just remember to keep in mind that the ceremony will be outside so wear bring a jacket for when the sun goes down. Dress comfortable for a night under the Colorado sky!

What elevation is the wedding at?
Answer
9000 ft - if you are not used to the elevation, be sure to keep hydrated, drink electrolytes, and possibly use supplemental oxygen (lots of stores in town carry small canisters of air). This also means that the adult beverages will hit a lot faster than you may be used to. Don't forget the sunscreen too!

Can we smoke at the venue?
Answer
No! Illuminations at Arrow Vista Ranch is a smoke and marijuana free venue with a very strict policy on this. Please do not bring any cigarettes, cigars, or marijuana with you to our wedding.
