Have Questions? We've Got You Covered. We know planning for a wedding can come with a few questions, so we’ve put together everything you might need to know before the big day—from dress code to directions and everything in between.

Can I Bring Someone?

Answer

We’d love to welcome everyone, but unfortunately, our seating is limited. If your RSVP lists “GUEST” next to your name, you’re more than welcome to bring someone with you!

Is There A Dress Code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends dressed up with us! We are requesting a formal dress code for the evening. For men, this means suits, or button-down shirts and dress pants with a tie or bow tie. For women, floor-length gowns, elegant cocktail dresses, or dressy jumpsuits are appropriate. We’re dreaming of an elevated, earthy palette—think black-tie level fancy. Please dress in neutrals, warm browns, muted greens, taupe, and champagne tones. Dress to impress while keeping the colour palette in mind! If you're unsure—it’s always better to be slightly overdressed than underdressed! Wear whatever colour you’d like within our palette, but please, no white. If you would like a visual of our colour pallet, please visit the "Dress Code" section in the NAV bar.

What Time Should I Arrive?

Please arrive to the venue by 3:30pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm.

Are children invited?

We love your little ones, we really do! However, we respectfully request no little ones on this night. We hope you take this as an opportunity to enjoy a fun date night!

Is The Venue Indoor Or Outdoor?

Outdoor! The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be outdoor.

What Should I Do If I Cant Make It?

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please RSVP as "no", so we can plan accordingly.

Please RSVP by June 1st 2026. This will help us finalize all the details and ensure everyone has an amazing experience on our special day. We kindly ask that you respond by this date so we can plan accordingly.

Is Their Parking At The Venue?

Yes, there is on-site parking and the venue allows overnight parking!

Can I Take Pictures During The Ceremony?

Answer

We’re asking guests to keep phones away during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present. Our photographer will capture every moment—we promise to share the gallery with you after!

Will There Be Transportation Provided?

Answer

We won’t be providing transportation, but the venue is just a short 5–10 minute drive from the town of Niagara-on-the-Lake. We recommend coordinating rides with friends, using local taxis or ride-share apps, or taking advantage of the Your Designated Driver service. Here’s how it works: you drive to the venue and park, then a professional driver will meet you after the event and drive you and your vehicle back to your hotel or Airbnb—so when you wake up the next morning, your car is already there with you. The venue also allows overnight parking, so you’re welcome to leave your car there and retrieve it the next day if needed.

Is Smoking Allowed At The Venue?

Smoking is only permitted in the designated area near the outdoor cigar bar & lounge. We ask that guests use this space respectfully and refrain from smoking in any other areas of the venue.

How do I pick my meal?

Answer

For meal selection, all guests will have a choice of one entree from the three options provided on the menu (menu is found in the invitation). Please follow the steps on the invitation for RSVP and meal selection.
