Question

How do I RSVP

Answer

Please do so here on our wedding website. If you have any issues, please get in touch with Jaq at (918) 852-0569 by text or call.

Question

What Date Should I RSVP By?

Answer

October 1st, 2025, we are unable to accommodate late RSVPs.

Question

Are plus ones and children allowed?

Answer

The only people allowed at our ceremony and reception are those named on the RSVP card. If you were granted a plus one, this will also be noted on the RSVP. We are allowing children at the ceremony and reception; however, to help ensure Justin and Jaq have a special ceremony, please note that if your child begins crying, we kindly ask that you step out with them. Another note, if you are bringing children, is that this event is designed for adults and will have alcohol. If this makes you uncomfortable about bringing your kids to this event, please know that there are no hard feelings if you decide to let them stay home.

Question

What Do I Wear?

Answer

The attire is cocktail. Please leave your jeans and casual clothes at home for this event. We would love to see everyone dressed to the nines to get amazing photos of ourselves, friends, and family all together. If you'd like to dress 'on theme', darker colors suit the wedding palette best, but it is not required.

Question

What are the addresses of the wedding cermony and reception?

Answer

Both the ceremony and wedding reception will be hosted at the GAST House in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The address is 1429 Terrace Dr, Tulsa, OK 74104

Question

What time does the wedding start?

Answer

4:30 pm. Please arrive no earlier than 4:00 pm; anyone late to the ceremony will not be granted entrance until the end of the wedding ceremony.

Question

What is the wedding day itinerary?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will take place at 4:30 pm, followed by a cocktail hour, dinner, and reception.

Question

Is wedding indoor or outdoor

Answer

Our wedding will be indoors.

Question

Have you made Hotel Blocks?

Answer

For our wedding, we decided against the use of Hotel Blocks. This decision was made so that our guests had more control over where and for how long they stayed. However, if you are unsure of where to stay we did add some local recommendations to this website.

Question

Will there be a shuttle?

Answer

Since we do not have a Hotel Block, we will not have any shuttles for the wedding. We recommend that if you would like to drink at the reception, please consider carpooling or using services like Uber for a safe ride back to your accommodation.

Question

So what's the parking situation?

Answer

Parking is available behind the wedding venue.

Question

What type of food will be served at you wedding

Answer

For our wedding, we will be having a buffet-style Tex-Mex dinner bar.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, we will have two custom cocktails, as well as a selection of wine and beer.

Question

Where are you registered for wedding gifts?

Answer

Justin and Jaq chose a few different locations to register for gifts and cash funds. To see these lists please look here on our website under the "Registry" tab to look at the different links.

Question

Where should we bring/send our wedding gifts?

Answer

If you buy from our registries the option to send wedding gifts should be straight to our house in Iowa. However, if you would prefer to bring gifts to the wedding we will reserve a gift and card table for you to leave them there.

Question

Can I take photos on my phone during the ceremony?

Answer

No. We will be having an unplugged ceremony, and we kindly request that you refrain from taking photos during this time. If there is an opportunity to take pictures with your phone, the officiant will make an announcement.

Question

Can I take photos on my phone during the Cocktail Hour, Dinner, or Reception?

Answer

Yes! Please keep an eye out for our photographer so that she can get the best shots possible, but please feel free to take as many photos as you'd like during this time!

Question

Can I post the photos I take on social media

Answer

Yes! While we will be having an unplugged ceremony, we would love to see all of the pictures you take throughout the rest of the night. Please tag Jaq Hunsberger or Justin Cagle in any photos you take. We would also love to not only see ourselves but also amazing photos of you having a great time!
