When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by April 1st, 2027. Formal invitations are to follow.

What time should guests arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 pm , so we kindly asks guest to arrive and be seated by 3:45 pm.

Where will the wedding ceremony and reception be?

Answer

We are honored to celebrate our special day at the Preble County Historical Society and Nature Reserve, located at 7693 Swartsel Rd, Eaton, OH 45320. Please park in the large gravel lot; there will be signage and staff on site to help guide you when you arrive.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! We’re excited to celebrate with the whole family. Families have been given an RSVP that includes everyone in your household, so please be sure to respond for each member when you RSVP.

What's on the menu?

Answer

Caeley and Payton are excited to share a pasta bar for dinner! Guests may choose between Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken Breast or Spaghetti with Red Sauce and Meatballs. A fresh salad with ranch or vinaigrette, along with bread, will also be served. Dinner will be buffet-style, so all our picky eaters (you know who you are!) can feel free to choose exactly what they like. Make sure to stick around and have a late night snack as well...

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes! We’ll have an open bar featuring the bride’s choice of wine and the groom’s choice of beer. Cheers to celebrating together!

Can we take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. We’ve hired professional photographers to capture every moment, allowing all of us to unplug and be fully present. Once the ceremony concludes, feel free to snap away and capture memories throughout the evening! You may also notice a few designated friends and family recording with a camcorder to create a “home video” for us to cherish forever—so relax, enjoy, and be yourselves.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

We’re aware that our wedding falls on the Friday of Memorial Day weekend; the unofficial start of summer! We hope this gives you an extra day to travel or relax, and we’re so grateful to have you join us during such an exciting weekend. Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

As much as we’d love to celebrate with everyone, we’re only able to accommodate those listed on the invitation. Please check your RSVP to see who is included in your party.

What should I do if my plans change after I RSVP?

Answer

Luckily, our website makes it easy to update your RSVP if your plans change. Please make any final updates by April 1, 2027.

Can we ship gifts directly to you?

Answer

Yes- gifts can be shipped to 65 Easton Manor Drive, Monroe, OH. Otherwise, you are welcome to bring gifts the day of the wedding or the the bridal shower. Thank you much for everything!
