She’s calm, patient, and somehow always understands me with just a look. She and Sal share the same horribly corny sense of humor, which makes having her as our officiant feel perfectly us…heartfelt, a little goofy, and full of love. There’s no one else who holds all those quiet, true parts of our story so beautifully.

She’s part big sister, part second mom, part therapist, and definitely part comedian — though she’ll deny it. She’s the one who gave me advice about everything from school drama to first heartbreaks, all while showing me what it looks like to be strong, kind, and completely unapologetically yourself. Growing up, I watched her face every challenge with courage and grace — and sometimes glitter — and I always thought, “If I turn out half as amazing as her, I’ll be doing pretty well.”

With her sparkly dress and even sparklier attitude, she’s the perfect mix of mischief and magic walking down the aisle.
