Join us for a celebration in semi-formal attire, with a nod to an all-black theme. For men, a black suit is perfect (black dress shirt preferred but white is okay too), and for women, a black cocktail dress or dressy pant suit is ideal. Please, no pops of color, colored sequins, or funky patterns. We'd like you to save the funky for the dance floor. If you have any questions, please text either one of us. We love your kids-we really do. But we would like our wedding to be your night off! Respectfully, an all-adult occasion, 18+. Children included in the bridal party are welcome.
We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guest list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.
There is plenty of onsite parking. However, we kindly ask that guests refrain from leaving cars overnight as the venue does not allow for it. To make transportation easier, we've arranged a shuttle service to take those staying at the hotel to and from the wedding. Please let us know if you have any questions about the shuttle schedule!
We recommend that guests arrive 15 minutes before the official ceremony start time so that you have plenty of time to settle in before we get started.
J & J Transportation will arrive at the Mount Airy bus lot (next to the coffee shop) at 3:45 PM. The shuttle will depart promptly at 4:00 PM, so please be on time! You'll arrive at the venue by 4:15 PM, ready to celebrate. For the ride back, the return shuttle will arrive at the venue around 10:00 PM and head out at 10:15 PM. Don’t miss it—it's your ticket home!
We’ll begin our celebration under the open sky with an outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour, then move indoors to share a delicious dinner and dance the night away.
To keep things simple (and flowing!), we’ll be offering beer and wine at the bar. We hope you enjoy a drink or two on us!
