Anacortes has begun some SERIOUS road construction throughout the town, causing delays and heavy traffic on the route to the ferry. Please give yourself LOTS of time (like at least an hour) to spare on the way to the ferry! Detours are prominently marked on the roads.

For those who have never traveled to Friday Harbor before, you will want to make ferry reservations as soon as possible. You can contact any FH local to help you navigate that process, but it is fairly straightforward through their site. Our route is Anacortes-San Juan Islands, and books up quickly in the summers. Additionally, the WSF’s often take their sweet time coming and going, sometimes with hours long delays, so we really recommend coming to FH earlier rather than later to ensure you are able to attend all the wedding festivities with us!
