Please read all information below:
You are attending a private event connected to a block of rooms. In order to have access to the events you are required to book as part of the group. The contracted group rate guarantees the same rate for everyone in the group. (The rates may change if you request a different room type.) You may be denied access to the private events (ceremony, reception, etc) if you book outside the group. If access to the private event is allowed, a fee per person, per event, may need to be paid in order for you and any guest not booked in the group to attend. Those staying “off location” are often denied access to the venue or must pay a wedding day pass if available. The contracted group rates ensures that everyone receives the same price and is included in all wedding related events and activities.

Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos
All booking & additional payments need to be made through Island Vows, our Travel Agent Cherie. Please reserve your room using the link below by clicking the "VIEW" button. Note: Any outside bookings will be charged a fee to attend wedding events per Hard Rock policy. As a courtesy, please book your rooms before July 01, 2023. This lets us know who is attending so we can plan our wedding events for the correct number of guests. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your deposit as soon as possible! Wedding Group Name: Agustin-Caberto HRLC 12/8/23 Non-refundable Deposit: $200 The deposit is to reserve your rooms & will be applied to your total. You will receive a follow up email with a link to make additional payments at anytime. 60% of total due 7/23/23. Final balances due 9/12/23. Any unbooked rooms in our hotel block will be released after July. Any bookings after that, rates/availability may be subject to change. Travel Note
Transportation
When booking you will have an option to select transportation. Our travel agent offers round trip transportation for a fee. If you need transportation, under "Airport Transportation - Per Person" choose SHARED TRANSFERS. You will see "$75 HR Los Cabos" but I have confirmed with our travel agent it is $65 per person NOT $75. You only need to select one because another option will pop up that does *not* need to be selected. If you’d like private transportation there is also an option for “Private transfers” with an additional $50 on top of the shared rate ($65).
Flight
Los Cabos International Airport (SJD)
You will be flying into LOS CABOS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (SJD). The address is Carr. Transpeninsular Km 43.5, 23420 San José del Cabo, B.C.S., Mexico. We are currently watching flights. TIPS: Search for flights on ‘incognito’ mode or private browsers. The cheapest days of the week to travel are typically Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays. The best time to look for flights are Tuesday & Wednesday nights. You can also use google flights and/or hopper to search and set notifications for cheaper flights.
