The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held at the Branford House in Groton, CT. 1084 Shennecossett Road Groton, CT 06340

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 5:00pm. We ask that you please arrive between 4:30 and 4:45 so you can park, find a seat, and get settled in.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We request that you wear semi-formal attire. No jeans, please! While we are hoping for perfect weather, October can be unpredictable, so please keep an eye on the forecast and dress accordingly. As long as there is no rain we will be holding our ceremony outside on the lawn! Most importantly: wear something you can dance in!

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We would like all of our guests to be fully present with us during the ceremony. We kindly ask that all cellphones, cameras, etc. be put away and on silent mode for the duration of the ceremony. We have hired professional photographers and videographers, so please let them do their thing!! We will gladly share all of our professional photos once we receive them. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many pictures as you like! We can’t wait to see them! Be sure to use our hashtag #megamoney2019

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes. If not, we kindly ask that it’s just you in attendance. Capacity is limited - thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We adore your kids. However, we want you to have a night off to celebrate with us! We intend to party! Please make it a date night.

What are the dinner entrée options?

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Absolutely! Please advise us of any food allergies when you RSVP and we will accommodate you!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have booked a room block at the Hilton Garden Inn in Groton. Please click the Travel tab for more information and a direct link to take advantage of our group rate.

Question

Is there a shuttle from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

We have booked a school bus to transport guests between the Hilton Garden Inn and the Branford House. Please try to take advantage of this even if you are not staying at the hotel as parking is very limited at the venue. Exact pick up and drop off times will be determined closer to our wedding date.
