When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by May 1st, 2024 using the QR code on your invitation or by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above. If you do not RSVP in time we will assume that you are unable to attend.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Formal invitations will be sent out with an option to scan a QR code that will give you a direct link to RSVP or you can email/text Devon!

What is the dress code?

Answer

We want you to be comfortable! Business casual is what we ask. Our wedding is in the beginning of summer so we know it’ll be warm. We just ask that you DO NOT wear jeans or t-shirts and NO white!

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding and please feel free to reach out with any questions!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm. Please arrive at least 20-30 prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding a seat.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. However, we encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself! For those of you that will be bringing your children, please be sure to watch them closely as the venue is on the water.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures which we will share with you. Once the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like and don't forget to share them with us!

Where will we stay?

Answer

The venue is located near Colonial Williamsburg and Newport News. There is a hotel less than a half a mile from the venue but it books fast. There is also options for Airbnbs! Please refer to the travel locations listed but be mindful that it is also beach season. Any questions please contact Devon!

Is there transportation? What about parking?

Answer

You can utilize Uber and Lyft as they are ran through this area. There is public parking available at the venue. Please be courteous of this as we can not reserve the parking garage.

Is there an open bar?

Answer

There will be an open bar but you are responsible for how you drink so please be safe, responsible, and respectful.
