Planning a wedding during a pandemic can be tricky (to say the least). You’re faced with a lot of tough choices, one of which is how to navigate the inviting of guests who may or may not be vaccinated for COVID-19. We’ve stressed about this for months now, and after careful consideration, we’ve decided that in order to attend our wedding you and your guest(s) must be fully vaccinated. We want our wedding to be safe and fun. In order to ensure a fun time, however, we feel we must first ensure safety — for all guests, especially those at higher risk. We understand this may leave you with some questions, so please feel free to reach out. We ask only that you do so respectfully though, as we realize that this is a complex and nuanced topic. Additionally, we request that COVID be ‘off the menu’ for cocktail and dinner time conversation.
Only if specifically named on the invitation and/or addressed to the family. We love your children - we really do. But to allow all guests, including parents, to relax and enjoy themselves, and due to the number and budget restrictions, we have chosen to make our day adults only. We thank you for your understanding.
If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.
We are going to try to nail this down by mid-December. We will update the website accordingly and let everyone know as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding in these uncertain times.
Yes.
