Shavonne is Brooke's mom and basically her backbone throughout her life. Shavonne has played many roles for Brooke such as doctor, friend, mom, number one fan, and more. Shavonne is the sole reason that Brooke and Garrett are together - go read the story of how they met! So thank you to Shavonne for not only raising Brooke to be the woman that she is, but for introducing her to Garrett.
Brett Pruitt
Father of the Bride
Brett is Brooke's dad. Brett has supported Brooke throughout her life in many ways from attending as many home basketball games to watch her cheer as possible to helping her find and buy her first car in college. Brett will probably never admit it but he is definitely going to cry when walking Brooke down the aisle. Fun fact, when Garrett asked Brett for his permission to ask Brooke to marry him, Brett almost said no as a joke.
Jerry Byrd
Father of the Groom
Some people have their super heros and Garrett has his father. He is Garrett's best friend, the person he looks up to, and one of his biggest supporters. Jerry will give the shirt off of his back for anyone. He thinks of everyone before himself and that is why he is so loved. You can't spend a second around him without laughing. He lightens the atmopshere and brings joy to the people around him.
Wendy Byrd
Mother of the Groom
Wendy is one of the most caring women in this world. There wasn't a time she wasn't feeding, cleaning up cuts, comforting when sick, and all around supporting Garrett growing up. She is the mom that all of his friends consider as a mom themselves. She has never a meal that wasn't made to feed an army, always prepared to provide for the crowd. Her love radiates and wants nothing but the best for the people around her. She is truly beautiful inside and out.
Morgan Allen
Matron of Honor
Morgan is Brooke's cousin who is more like a sister to her. Morgan has a family of her own including her husband, Jordan, and their son, Lucas. Brooke could not imagine having anyone else fill out the role of Matron of Honor as Morgan is perfect for the role with her organization, wedding planning experience, and overall love and support for Brooke and Garrett as they prepare for their big day.
Alaina Kogler
Maid of Honor
Alaina and Brooke met their freshmen year of college at IUPUI where they lived two doors down from one another. One evening, Alaina and her roommate heard Brooke and her roommate in the hallway and Alaina decided to ask if they wanted to play some games. After that, the rest is history. If one had a soulmate bestfriend Alaina would be Brooke's.
Alysa Lucero

Alysa and Brooke met their freshman year of college at IUPUI. Alysa was Alaina's roommate and thus lived two doors down from Brooke. Alysa is probably the only reason Brooke made it through her freshman year safely. We all like to joke that Alysa is the mom of the group. Alysa is someone that Brooke knows that she will always be able to count on and is happy to have her be a part of this experience.
Justina Savage

Justina and Brooke met their freshman year of college where they both lived in the same residence hall and served on their hall council together. Justina and Brooke then became extremely close during their sophomore year of college where they both served as resident assistants together. Since then, Justina and Brooke have remained very close through their love of books, musicals, and really bad tv shows.
Maggie Curts

Maggie and Brooke met while they were still in diapers since then they have shared many roles as classmates, neighbors, day care buddies, friends, roommates, and more. During their freshmen year of college at IUPUI Maggie and Brooke roomed together and that is where the real bond formed. They have seen a lot of obstacles in life together so Brooke is honored to have Maggie stand next to her on her big day.
Merissa Ross

Merissa and Brooke met in elementary school when Merissa transferred to Centerville. It wasn't until high school that the two became close though. All throughout high school Merissa and Brooke were best friends. They even shared a locker junior and senior year, and spent the first night of school together both years. Merissa was Brooke's rock in high school and even into college where she came to visit Brooke on a really bad day her freshman year. Brooke is beyond blessed to have Merissa take part in this experience.
Shealynn Witt

Shea is Brooke's cousin and someone who Brooke has watched grow up over the years. Brooke and Shea are almost ten years apart, however, they always seem to have a good time when they are together. Brooke often shares fashion advice with Shea because she is going through that teenage phase with bright colors and patterns that don't seem to match. Brooke is honored that Shea was excited about being a part of her big day!
Tabitha Slifer

Tabi and Brooke met through Morgan and the three soon became a close trio during high school even sharing a locker. Since high school, the three have remained close through college, military movements, kids, and more. Tabi has a family of her own including her two daughters Charlette and Savannah.
Tessa Toney

Tessa and Brooke have been friends since they met in preschool. Tessa was Brooke's first ever best friend and remained a best friend all the way through high school. The two even hosted their high school graduation parties together. Tessa has been someone that has seen Brooke through many different periods in her life and is someone that Brooke could not imagine not having be a part of her big day.
Rylee and Alyvea Haskett
Flower Girl
Rylee and Alyvea are the daughters of Leta and Brad Haskett. They are Brooke's younger cousins. The two girls can often be found getting into some sort of trouble. During the summer that Garrett and Brooke met, Brooke spent a lot of time over at the Haskett's house swimming and laying outside in the sun with Rylee and Alvyea. They got to hear all about Garrett that summer and so when considering who would be their flower girls, Rylee and Alyvea seemed the perfect two for the job.
Wyatt Byrd
Best Man
Wyatt is what some would consider a wild child. More people have seen him naked than some parents would like. He doesn't always make the best decisions but he is always having a good time. Wyatt has a hard time showing it but he loves the people around him and when in need will do anything for them. He's a great brother and an even better friend, just took a couple years for him and Garrett to realize it.
Grant Bowersock

Grant is a friend that wasn't around until high school but when he found his way into the friend group, eveyone knew it was right. He just fit in, jumping right into the schananagins everyone was up to. Grant is always down for a good time. He is one of those people you can ask to do anything and he will be down. Grant is also one of the smartest people around, although it's hard to see it sometimes especially when he is double fisting 40s, He is one of the most loyal people around. You can count on him for anything and that is what defines true friendship.
Jordan Christian

Jordan is another friend that got in kinda late, but once again everyone knew he was right the day he first stayed the night at Garrett's. Jordan wasn't always as roudy as everyone else but would be right there with the group always willing to watch them get into trouble. As years have gone on Jordan has now gotten into the rowdy side trying to catch up with everyone else. He is another individudual you can count on for anything, encompassing the true definition of friendship.
Kobe Walker

Kobe is a true day one. Him and Garrett's friendship began in elementry and hasn't missed a beat since then. One of those friends that you talk to every day even if it is about something stupid. Kobe is a laid back individual always willing to go with the flow. He is a very hard worker and wants nothing but the best for those aorund especially his friends and family. That is why he is loved by many.
Logan Pruitt

Logan meets everyone with a smile. He is quiet but once you get to know him he is down to talk about anything. Logan is Brooke's brother and someone that she know that she can always count on for anything. Over the years Garrett and Logan have become friends often joking about how difficult Brooke can be when they are together.
Micheal McDaniel

Mike is the other child that Garrett's parents never wanted. He is the true definetion of do first, think later. Mike spent nearly a whole summer at Garrett's house playing "Call of Duty", baskeball, and blowing stuff up just because he wanted to. Mike not only joined the airforce but now lives in Dayton and it's like he has never left where the friendship originated (Richmond, IN). True friendhsips last time and distance and this is a prime example of it.
Morgan Mack

Morgan is the one of the most caring friends someone can ask for. Him and Garrett started their friendship in Early College in the 5th grade and they couldn't be more grateful for it. Morgan lightens the mood around him bringing a smile to everyones face. He always shows up with jokes leaving you laughing for hours. There isn't an individual that meets him that doesn't leave hoping to see him again. Morgan is willing to listen to any problem and help you though it. You don't find many friends like that and Garrett is beyond thankful for him.
Tanner Coyle

Tanner and Garrett go the farthest back. Tanner was Garrett's first bestfriend spending nearly every day and weekend together wether is was hunting crawdads in creeks, fishing at night, or playing basketball on the sand court on Wayne Road. Tanner has been there since day one and although him and Garrett find themselves busy with adult things now, they will always be best friends and can count on eachother for everything.
Tyler Richardson

Tyler is more than Garrett's cousin... he is one of his best friends. They spent nearly all of their childhood together playing out on the farm, wressling pigs, and getting Wyatt to do things they knew he would get in trouble for. They became distance during their teen years due to sports, school, and everything else going on, but now that is over they picked up right back where they left off....... just ends with a lot more empty beer cans. Tyler is a family member and friend Garrett is very grateful for.
Alexander Young

Alexander is Brooke's younger nephew. Alexander is the son of Amanda Young and Bryce Shaffer, Brooke's older brother. Alexander loved the idea of being in charge of the security of the rings during the wedding and so he was given the job with a badge to match.
