If you know Samantha, you know she’s all about capturing the moment—which is why we’ve hired some incredible photographers and videographers to document the big day from every angle! To help them do their magic (and to keep the ceremony intimate and distraction-free), we kindly ask that you keep phones and cameras tucked away during the ceremony. Just relax, be present, and soak it all in—we promise to share all the beautiful footage afterward! Once we hit Cocktail Hour and the Reception, it’s open season! Yes, we’re registered through several stores—but the easiest way to explore our registry is right here on our website using the "Registry" tab above. That said, your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for. We’re so grateful to celebrate this special moment with you, and while gifts are never expected, they’re always appreciated.
Yes! We recommend staying at The Gibson Inn, where all of the wedding day events will take place. We've reserved a block of rooms under the Buxbaum/Moore Wedding Room Block. To book your accommodations, please call the hotel directly at (850) 270-2190. If you prefer to stay off-site, check out the Travel section of our website for additional recommendations. Important: Our room block expires on September 11th, 2025. After that date, rooms at The Gibson Inn will be subject to standard rates and availability.
Yes! Parking can be found all around the perimeter of the Gibson Inn, including a brand new parking lot located on 4th street. Overflow parking should go to the PeopleSouth Bank parking lot, also located on 4th.
