Are kids allowed at the wedding?

Answer

We love your little ones, but to allow all guests to relax and enjoy themselves, we have chosen to make our special day an adults-only celebration. We hope this will be a great opportunity for you to have a fun night out! Thank you for understanding.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited. If you have a specific question regarding your invitation, feel free to reach out to us directly.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes, trolleys will be providing transportation to and from the venue. We will have shuttles running between the Courtyard Asheville Biltmore Village and the Biltmore Hotel to the venue.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving 20 minutes before the ceremony begins to ensure you have plenty of time to get settled. The ceremony will start promptly at 6:00 pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, we've chosen black-tie optional attire for our wedding.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer to capture the moment, and we want you to be fully present with us.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, there will be a cocktail hour with drinks and hors d'oeuvres followed by dinner and dancing at the reception. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Will there be a vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free option?

Answer

Yes, we will have options available for guests with dietary restrictions. Please be sure to include your needs when you RSVP.

Where should I park?

Answer

Upon arrival at the Biltmore property, please tell the gate attendant you are here for the wedding of Beau Butler and Megan Almon. You will be directed to the location of the venue, where there will be plenty of parking available.
