Kick off the wedding weekend at our Welcome Reception! Join us for drinks, heavy hors d'oeuvres, and great company as we greet our guests and start the celebration. Transportation Information: Trolley buses will be available for limited transportation on Friday evening to and from the Biltmore Forest Country Club. The pick-up times are below: Courtyard in Biltmore Village- 5:30 PM and 6:00 PM The Inn on Biltmore, The Village Hotel on Biltmore- 6:00 PM Please wait outside hotels for pick-up. Trolley buses will return to these same hotels at the end of the evening. Parking is available for free at this event.

Join us for the most important day of our lives as we say "I do!" Surrounded by our closest friends and family, we’ll exchange vows and celebrate the night away with dinner and dancing. We are so excited to share this special day with all of you. Transportation Information: Trolleys will be staged for pick-up at the Courtyard in Biltmore Village at 5:00 PM, departing at 5:15 PM. Please meet trolleys in the hotel parking lot for pick-up. An Elite Transportation bus will be staged for pick-up at The Inn on Biltmore at 5:00 PM, departing at 5:15 PM, with an additional pick-up at The Village Hotel on Biltmore immediately afterward. Please be outside your hotel for pick-up. Transportation will be provided back to these same hotels at the end of the evening. If you are taking alternate transportation to the wedding, please tell the gate agent you are attending the Almon-Butler wedding for free entry and parking directions.
