Allison and Theresa went to the same preschool, elementary school, and middle school, but didn't actually become friends until high school, when they were both on the St. Thomas Aquinas volleyball team. Some of their shared interests include fake accents, sushi, and oversized stuffed animals (check out her profile pic!). Years of car rides home from volleyball practice, Starbucks study dates, and silly memories later, and they are still best friends, despite living thousands of miles away from each other.

When Johnny and Theresa first started dating, Jess was a part of their volleyball friend group. It was in this group that Jess met Alex - her now husband, and Johnny's older brother. Over years of "work" dates (we usually spend way more time talking than actually working!), TJ Maxx shopping sprees, volleyball nights, bonding over curly hair struggles, and lots and lots of girl talks, she has become more like a sister than a friend. And now, it's time to make the sisterhood official!
Pedro Cabrera
Best Man
Johnny met Pedro over a decade ago, and is actually the person who introduced Johnny and Theresa! Johnny and Peter's mutual love of videogames such as Halo, Mario Kart, and Super Smash Bros made them a worthy competition for each other, but in turn they became great teammates. Johnny's "6'4" hunk of man" best friend helped him learn and grow through tons of volleyball, videogames, parties, and late-night McDonalds runs. After coaching Theresa in volleyball, Pedro saw that she was just as dorky as Johnny was he knew that they were meant to be!
Nicholette Contreras
Bridesmaid
Theresa met Nicholette shortly after meeting matron-of-honor Jessica, who is Nicholette's sister. In addition to her quick wit, Nicholette has all the attributes of a true and genuine friend: she knows when to provide support and comfort, when to crack a joke to cheer you up, and when to just lend a listening ear - and she does all these things with such sincerity. Theresa was herself a bridesmaid in Nicholette's wedding in 2021, and now Nicholette will play the same role for Theresa on her wedding day!
Amy Castelo

Sister of the groom and friend of the bride, Amy always brings the party with her, and is also the best audience for a good joke. Theresa met Amy at a Castelo family dinner at the start of her relationship with Johnny and since then, the two have only grown closer in friendship (and in mutual love for dogs and cats). Amy's positive energy is contagious, and if you see someone breaking it down on the dance floor even after the party's over...yup, that's her.
Michael Chacon

Michael and Amy (Johnny's sister and Theresa's bridesmaid) are high school sweethearts; whenever they would hang out, Johnny would always ask to tag along for the fun. Michael took care of Johnny like a little brother and was a great example to Johnny of what it means to be loved for being who you are - an authentic weirdo - and staying true to yourself. He always encouraged Johnny that he should do the same and that people will love him for being himself, just like Michael did.
Christian Castelo

As kids, Johnny's eldest brother Christian would torment Johnny and his siblings in order for them to "build character". However, years of teasing in childhood turned into an adult brotherhood filled with abundant love and care for one another. The family knows Christian as the handyman who can help with any problem, from car repairs, to construction, and everything in between. He is always there to help anytime Johnny needs anything, big or small, even if it's just some brotherly advice.
Alley Masocco

Alley and Theresa met each other in high school from a distance, as they were both campus ministers. However, their acquaintanceship turned into a friendship around the time that Theresa graduated, and she quickly learned that not only is Alley the most hype and energetic in the room - seriously, she must have MCed every single high school pep rally - she also has the most sincere heart and is one of the kindest people you'll meet. A true friend if there ever was one!
Alex Castelo

Alex is Johnny's second-oldest brother, and has always been known as the "fun" brother. As kids, Alex would come up with all the fun ideas for things to do, such as recreating a movie scene, making a music video, or thinking of a game to play inside the house. Alex has always had the drive to be the best at things like basketball and video games, and he has challenged Johnny to better himself in order to compete with the best and make memories with the craziest wins and the narrow defeats.
Leo Buscemi

Leo, or as the groom calls him, "Leoooosssss", is the bride's only brother. Unlike Johnny and Theresa, Leo is quite the introvert, as well as a talented gamer and food aficionado. When they were kids, Theresa always wanted to do whatever Leo was doing, and she would try to beat him at every game they played together (to no avail). Johnny and Leo became friends over their mutual love of video games and their appreciation of a good joke. And now they will take the next step as they become brothers!
Jorge Contreras

This dude is the big teddy bear of the family. He is a brilliant guy with the kindest heart. We ended up being roommates and were constantly up to no good. We used to try to get free food and stuff by finding loopholes in the system. Jorge is the smartest guy I know, he is my go-to guy when I have questions about current events or even when asking what is the best electronics on the market. I can trust this guy with my life and I look up to him like having another big brother.

Jesus is the fun guy in the group. Even when no one knows what to do, this guy can start a party with just his phone and a handful of people. He is a little boujee but that is just to remind us to treat ourselves to the finer things in life. When we became roommates, we would spend all day making songs and funny videos to post online. Jesus' personality is super contagious, even in a room full of strangers, you can tell people are smiling because of something wacky Jesus is doing. He is such a showman and is gonna be the life of the party.

The bride's oldest friend and bestie for life. Veronica is the most genuine and authentic person you'll meet, always true to herself and encouraging those around her to do the same. If you need someone to rally in your corner, she's your girl! From diapers to "I do", Veronica has been by Theresa's side - from near and far - through it all.
