We have a room block at The Hyatt House in Short Pump, a shopping area west of the city of Richmond, between the city and the wedding venue. We will also have a shuttle bus from this location to bring guests to and from the wedding venue. Reservations for the room block must be made by 3/17/2023. Making an Online Reservation: To make your reservation online you will need the code G-BUCL. Go to our website https://www.hyatt.com/en-US/hotel/virginia/hyatt-house-richmond-short-pump/ricxr . On the right side of the homepage look for the spot to enter your stay dates. First select the dates, then below the date entry lines there will be a box called “Special Rates”. Click on the drop-down arrow with more options to choose. Select “Corporate or Group Code”. This is where you put the code G-BUCL and then press the check availability box it will bring up the wedding information. ***If you have any issues with the room block, call the hotel and ask for the sales manager Ray, he will be able to get you sorted out *** If you are in the BRIDAL OR GROOMS PARTY please message Caroline/ Ryan for hotel accommodation suggestions

Shuttle

A shuttle will be available to take guests from the room block hotel (Hyatt House Richmond/Short Pump) to the Estate at River Run for the ceremony and reception. The shuttle will then return guests to the room block hotel after the reception. SHUTTLE TIMES: 1. Going to the wedding: The shuttle will arrive at the Hyatt Hotel at 3:30pm to beginning loading guests and will depart for the wedding venue at 3:45pm 2. Returning from the wedding: *For any guests wishing to head out early there will be a shuttle that will depart from the venue at 9:15pm to return guests to the Hyatt House *For guests wishing to stay until the end of the wedding the shuttle will depart at 11pm to return guests to the Hyatt House *** Groomsmen/ Bridesmaids and their partners, contact Caroline and Ryan for different shuttle details
