INVITES AND ROOM BLOCK

Answer

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the invites were delayed. Please RSVP as soon as you can! And if you have any problems booking on the room block or want to book after the block is up, please contact Julie! She will make sure you can get the room block rate.

Are children invited?

Answer

We love your little ones, but this is an adults-only weekend. We want you to have a fun child-free evening celebrating with us!

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Lucky for everyone, the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be indoors! No need to start sweating until we get on the dance floor! Welcome Reception will be outdoors, and Farewell Brunch will be indoors.

Have you reserved a room block?

Answer

Yes! Please see the travel tab. The link under the Ben will direct you straight to our hotel block. If you are getting an error, please contact Julie and she will get it resolved.

COVID Protocols

Answer

The Ben is taking precautions on their own. You will need to wear masks in all common areas, i.e. elevators, lobby, but since our event is private, masks are optional inside the ballroom. We will have masks provided as well. If you have any questions about the precautions the Ben is taking for your hotel stay, please contact them directly.
