Our wedding and ceremony will be Semi-Formal. Suit / Tux are not necessary, however, the Bride and Groom do ask all guests refrain from wearing denim (jeans).
The ceremony will be outdoors weather permitting. Expect temps between 65 and 75 degrees, however, it can fluctuate; wrap or lite sweater /may be necessary. As a friendly reminder, we ask all guests planning to attend, please refrain from wearing denim (jeans). We thank you for making our day special. We are asking all guests attending the ceremony to arrive at the venue starting at 4PM. Once you arrive, park in the grass on the right side of the white concrete driveway. Once parked, make your way to the three garage barn to take the shuttle up. IT IS IMPORTANT to note, the last shuttle to the venue will depart at 4:45PM. If you do not make the 4:45PM shuttle, the next shuttle will run following the conclusion of the ceremony. Please note, to maximize the amount of time we get to spend with our loved ones, the 4:45PM shuttle time is firm. (Personal vehicles may not drive up to the venue due to very limited space that is reserved for vendors)
6:00 pm - 10:00 pm
After the ceremony, the wedding party will take pictures. During this time, please enjoy a lite cocktail reception. Please note: Due to the location of the venue and the surrounding forest, smoking will be permitted in ONE area only. Smoking policy; smoking of tobacco ONLY is permitted in designated area. Please ensure all cigarette butts are placed in provided receptacle. Please help us keep Tennessee Beautiful! (And the Bride and Groom from being heavily fined!)
