Susan and Ted were lifesavers when Kyle's apartment got flooded last year. We've stayed in three of their rentals, and they were each lovely. They stuck with us for months when our living situation was uncertain. Truly a couple of excellent people, we'll take every possible opportunity to send guests their way. They're locals themselves and have 6 rental properties, including a 3 bedroom house, in Long Beach. If you say you're in town for Kyle and Kathleen's wedding, they'll know who you mean :)
