Flight
If you are flying Southwest you will land at Love Field just North of Dallas. All other Airlines should land at Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport. There is a train from DFW to downtown Fort Worth (more information on the Airport transportation section)
Train
If you're flying into DFW, you have the option to take a train from Terminal B to the Central Station in Downtown Fort Worth. Trains depart the station every 30 minutes during peak travel times and each hour during non-peak times (schedule linked above). Tickets are a flat $2.50 each way.
Hotel
Unfortunately, due to a major Veterinary Conference in FTW, acquiring hotel blocks has been impossible. The best option for everyone's varying price points is to use the link below (or search through other sources) to book based on the best available rates.
House Or Rental
Another great option for lodging is to find a property through AirBnB, VRBO, HomeAway or other online vacation rental site. There are plenty of good options just south of Downtown that would be conveniently located for the weekends activities.
