The ceremony will be outside on the lawn. The cocktail hour will be outside on the deck. The reception, including dinner and dancing, will be inside the lodge.

Please plan to be in your seats at 3:45pm. Shuttle service for on-mountain properties will begin at 3:00pm. Otherwise, there is plenty of parking available at the lodge.

If you are renting a Saddleback on-mountain property, there is a free shuttle beginning one-hour before the wedding and anytime during the reception.

Yes! There is ample parking at the lodge. Cars can be left in the parking lot overnight.

“Dressy casual" or "semi-formal" wedding attire means you should dress nicely, but not as formally as a black-tie event; think a step up from business casual, with options like a cocktail dress, a suit or sport coat for men, and a dressy skirt and top for women, while considering the time of day for appropriate color choices - darker for evening, lighter for daytime events; essentially, it's a balance between looking polished and comfortable.
