Welcome to Our Special Hotel Rates for the Burdan Wedding To make travel and transportation as easy as possible, we recommend the following based on your arrival date and how you plan to get around: Guests arriving early (Monday, October 12) who plan to rent a car, share a rental, or use rideshare services may find it easiest to stay in the Disney Springs area for the entire duration of their stay, with the wedding taking place Friday in Winter Park. Guests arriving Wednesday, October 14 or Thursday, October 15, or any guests planning to rely primarily on Uber or Lyft, are encouraged to stay in or switch to a hotel in Winter Park or Downtown Orlando from Thursday, October 14–17 to reduce travel time and rideshare costs during wedding weekend events. Wedding party and immediate family of the bride and groom: Due to a fuller schedule and multiple event locations, we recommend renting a car or sharing a rental for added flexibility and ease throughout the week.
