City Tour of Bologna

Come join us for a guided city tour of Bologna! A private bus will pick guests up in front of the Hotel Rivoli at 8:00am. Our knowledgeable guide will lead you through Bologna's charming streets, showcasing iconic landmarks such as Piazza Maggiore, the Two Towers, and the Basilica di San Petronio. Please note that lunch is not included in the tour, but you will have the opportunity to discover and enjoy Bologna's renowned culinary delights on your own. We recommend exploring the local trattorias and cafes to savor traditional dishes like tagliatelle al ragù and tortellini. Space is limited and is on a first come, first serve basis. Welcome Aperitivo

Please join us for welcome drinks and aperitivo at the Hotel Rivoli for all guests. We suggest elevated casual attire. Light food and drinks will be provided.

Walking Tour of Florence

9:00 am - 12:00 pm

Enjoy a 3 hour guided walking tour of the historical center of the most famous of all Renaissance cities! You'll visit the majestic Duomo complex built in 1296, Giotto's Bell Tower and the baptistry with its renowned Gates of Paradise doors. You'll follow the medieval streets to the most striking square in Florence, Piazza della Signoria. Please meet in the lobby of the Hotel Rivoli at 8:30am, the tour starts at 9am. Tickets to the Accademia are included on this tour and are first come first serve. Please RSVP so we can get a head count if you plan to attend this event. "Breathtaking" is the only word to describe one's first view of Michelangelo's David. It's truly amazing how Michelangelo transformed a lifeless rock into a man - all with just a hammer and a chisel!

Wedding Ceremony

2:00 pm - 3:15 pm

Transportation TO Wedding Ceremony at Santi Apostoli will be as follows- 1 bus departs Hotel Rivoli @ 1:15pm. Drop off is approx 275/350 feet from church 1 bus departs Hotel Rivoli @ 1:30pm. Drop off is approx 275/350 feet from church If you would like to walk, the church is within great walking distance of all hotels. The church is approximately a 7-9 minute walk from all hotels. Transportation TO Wedding Reception at Tenuta Torciano will be as follows- 2 Buses depart drop off location 275/350 feet from Santi Apostoli @ approx 3:30 PM; *Both buses will proceed to "Piazzale Michelangelo", a vista overlooking the city of Florence for a quick photo stop. After the stop, the bus will take a panoramic tour of the Tuscan Countryside and then drop off guests for the Aperitivo (cocktail hour) at Tenuta Torciano Winery that begins at 5:30pm.*
