Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by May 1st, 2026

Question

What time should guests arrive?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to please arrive 15-20 minutes early to get seated before the ceremony begins. Ceremony begins at 3:30 so plan to arrive between 3:00 and 3:20. The processional will begin promptly at 3:30 with the seating of the parents and grandparents. Guests that arrive later than 3:30 we ask you wait to be seated until the processional is finished then find an open seat towards the back. Guests can begin arriving at the reception at 5:00 pm when the doors open!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to limited seating, we simply can’t accommodate for all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own. Therefore, plus ones are by invitation only. Thank you so much for understanding!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to limited space, we hope you appreciate that children are only invited if included on invitation if possible. Take this night as an opportunity for a date night! We understand that sometimes you are unable to find babysitters, etc please include this on your RSVP. Please take note that around 9:30pm, the music will shift to an adult-focused playlist.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We'd love for you to dress up and celebrate in style with us! Semi-formal to formal attire. Please do not wear anything with colorings in the white family including cream, white, ivory, etc. Think suits, dress pants, dress shirts, dresses, and rompers (Nice jeans and dress shirts allowed as well ;).

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We're having an unplugged ceremony, so please keep phones and cameras away until after the "I do's." A select few people have been chosen along with the photographers to document our wedding ceremony! This allows our paid photographer to get the best pictures possible! Any pictures taken after the ceremony or during the reception, feel free to blow up the Bride or Grooms phone so they can reminisce on the night! (without waiting for their edited photos) Use this link or the QR code in the gallery to upload to our shared album! https://app.kululu.com/tjz3gh

Question

Why does my invitation/RSVP include different parts of the day?

Answer

We are so grateful for all of our family and friends and wish we could celebrate every part of the day with everyone. Due to venue capacity, we are keeping our ceremony more intimate. We can't wait to celebrate with all of our guests at the reception!

Question

Where should I park?

Answer

Parking is located in a gravel lot on site of the ceremony. You can either self park in the lot when you first turn onto the site or you can follow the road to the round about drive to have one of our ushers go park your car for you. At the reception site: please plan to park in the lot on the North or East side of the conference center north!
