They met on Bumble and fell in love on their very first date — which lasted over 10 hours! Everything just clicked. It was quick, deep, and real.
At the time, Shane was in Oak Ridge, and Paula, living in Englewood, was planning to move to Chicago. But God's plan was different.
Since then, they’ve been discovering each other’s worlds. Paula introduced Shane to Brazil through the delicious food she lovingly makes (which he devours). Shane won her heart with flowers, fishing lessons, and his big, gentle soul (even when she catches the fish and he doesn’t!).
He’s a die-hard Eagles fan. Paula had lived in Philly before meeting him — and was already a fan. She’s also a passionate Botafogo fan, and Shane — who played soccer for years — dove right in. He even bought a Botafogo jersey to impress her, and... it worked.
From the start, they just knew.
Now they can’t wait to celebrate this love with the people they love most: you.
