Formal attire
The ceremony will be a Catholic service but will not be a full Catholic Mass. All denominations and faiths are welcome to celebrate with us as we enter into the sacrament of marriage.
5:00 pm
The first shuttle to the reception will depart at 5:00 pm from the parking lot of the Hampton Inn Middletown. It's about a 20-minute ride to the reception venue. Please make every effort to be on the 5:00 pm shuttle so that you will be sure to arrive on time for the start of the cocktail hour. A second shuttle will depart at 5:10 pm to accommodate overflow or latecomers. If you miss both shuttles, please feel free to drive yourself to the venue. There is ample parking behind the building.
5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
Formal attire.
Our cocktail hour will begin at 5:30 pm. Check out the various parlors of the Colonial-style house that doubles as our venue. The bar will be open and food will be served. Get adventurous and sample international hors d'oeuvres like the Paella Station!
6:30 pm - 10:30 pm
Formal attire
Our reception continues with plated dinner and toasts in the main dining room and dancing in the atrium. Don't forget to make your meal selection in advance on your RSVP card.
10:45 pm
The first shuttle back to the hotel will depart at 10:35 pm. The second will depart at 10:45 pm from the parking lot of the FEAST at Roundhill. It's about a 20-minute ride. These will be the only shuttle runs to the hotel.

Join us on the lounge side of the bar area in the Courtyard Marriott Middletown to keep the party going! (This hotel is 50 feet from the Hampton Inn and shares a parking lot!) There will be some late-night snacks, a cash bar, cards, games, and SMORES! ☘Be on the lookout for our favorite whiskey being passed around and be ready for an old-fashioned Irish singsong! ☘
