Due to the package of the venue, we are only able to have an intimate wedding. We sincerely apologize that we could not share this moment with everyone. We really look forward to spending time having fun with all of you at our reception! 💜
Please RSVP no later than July 17th, we need a final head count for the venue then. So bring a chair and a sandwich if you don’t 😜
Ceremony- Due to the package for our wedding venue, we have to ask that no children attend. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Reception- Due to limited capacity spacing in our reception venue we are asking that children do not attend. We are sincerely apologetic for the inconvenience, but thank you for understanding.
Yes, but it will be limited. We will have a limited selection of liquor and beer, and when it’s gone it’s gone. We will have sodas, unsweetened tea, sweet tea, lemonade, coffee and water as well.
Yes and no. Mission BBQ is providing a ‘buffet style’ meal. The selection includes; sliced brisket and pulled chicken for the main meats, mac n cheese, cole slaw and green beans with bacon. We will also have cornbread/slider rolls to go along with it! There are 4 different sauces to choose from (honestly, their meats are so good they aren’t necessary, but the sauces are great too!). 2 of the sauces are sweet, one has some zing to it, and one is on the hotter side.
We just ask that you wear more on the casual side! To give you an idea, the groomsman will be in dark blue jeans a button up shirt and boots, no jacket. We aren’t picky people, and we didn’t invite you to a fashion show. We just want to spend time with you and have fun! **Just remember, we are having BBQ for dinner, keep that in mind!!**
Ceremony- The event will be held outside in a garden, there will be a ‘social mingle’ after the ceremony which will also be outdoors. The area is well shaded. Reception- It is indoors, there is an outside patio available for our use as well.
Ceremony- There is plenty of parking for the ceremony! The parking lot is clearly marked with signs as to where to go when you drive down the driveway. Reception- You will drive back a lane, and the parking lot is at the top of the lane. There will be signs as to where to go. Do not go in the door at the top of the building, our reception is downstairs around the front of the building. It will be marked where to go.
We ask that only the person who are addressed the invitation to come. We have a specific amount of people we may invite due to the package chosen from the venue.
