Speed. Dating. Only 5 minutes to get to know each other. We both went not thinking anything would come of it. We were each other's last dates and spent the whole time laughing. Neither one of us remembers what we talked about but we joked the whole time. Somewhere in the middle Ashley snorted very loud and disrupted everyone's 5 minutes, and then our date was over. We sat at a table with some of the other attendees and chatted with them for a bit. We learned that lavender is a natural anticeptic, that some people will pay an arm and a leg for markers, and that we both just wanted to talk with each other. A couple days later, Jeremy emailed Ashley with a simple message "Hey Snorty..." Fast Forward.... We got engaged in 2019 on the beautiful volcano island of Stromboli and start planning our wedding for 2020. Theeeeeeen covid hits and ruins our wedding plans! Like many others in 2020, we decided to postpone the extravaganza. While we decided to get married anyway in a simple ceremony in 2020, having our big wedding was always TBD. We had a baby, bought a house, then another a baby.... and here we are!
