Thoughts about COVID-19

Update 7/8/22: As Covid numbers rise significantly, we ask that if you get sick from today on, with Covid or otherwise, please refrain from joining us at the wedding, as we have several guests who are immunocompromised and at higher risk for severe repercussions if they contract an illness. Please text us ASAP if this is the case for you. We love you and will miss you if you are unable to attend, but we are thankful for your loving support. Original: First, please know that you can reach out to Danyela and/or Trey directly with any concerns or inquiries about this topic. Here's a brief overview: We endorse and appreciate steps taken to help lessen the spread of the virus, including being/becoming fully vaccinated and boosted. We also are people that wear our masks pretty much everywhere!!! So we also endorse masking. However, due to the timing of the wedding, we have the PRIVILEGE of being outside for both the ceremony and reception, and as vaccinated and boosted individuals (who will have hundreds, if not thousands, of photos taken of them on this day), we will not be wearing masks at our own wedding hahah. With that said, please do as you feel comfortable, don't feel weird about wearing a mask if you'd like to, and ultimately, if you feel that it's best for you to celebrate us from a distance, PLEASE know we won't be offended and we love you just the same - just make sure you rsvp!

Are kids invited?

Answer

A select few children are invited. Some guests will be using Care.com! Please let us know if you need help finding a babysitter.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Best bet would be to arrive around 4:30pm! We intend on beginning promptly at 5:00pm. Please feel free to arrive to Semiahmoo Resort earlier!! There is plenty of space to relax on the lawn or walk along the water before the ceremony begins.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation indicates a "plus one," then yes!! If not, but you have a very special someone in mind, please reach out to Danyela via text and we will do our absolute best to accommodate your date.

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by June 1, 2022 at the latest so we can have an accurate guest count. Hope you're able to join us! YAY

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, there is a parking lot at the resort!!

Can I bring my dog?

Answer

Just like kids, we LOVE dogs. Dogs are allowed at Semiahmoo Resort, but are not invited to the ceremony or reception. So, if you're staying at Semiahmoo and would like to bring your dog, make sure you reserve a "dog friendly" room by calling the resort!! Reserve early if you can because there are a limited number of dog friendly rooms. Please let Trey and/or Danyela know that you'll be bringing your dog because that's awesome and we can't freaking wait to meet them!!!!!!
