What is the wedding attire?

Answer

The wedding attire is black tie formal, we highly encourage and prefer suit and tie and gown evening wear. Not only are we celebrating the union or marriage, but the celebration of New Years Eve as well- allow this to be your excuse to dress to the nines.

What is the Welcome Drinks event?

Answer

We have provided a central place for all guest- in town or out of town to gather before the wedding festivities get too crazy. Also we realize majority of our guest are out of town and wanted to provide another evening/space for us to see and spend time with those guest that traveled to celebrate us. Please join us at Henry Clay’s Public House on North Upper Street anytime between 7:30pm to Midnight. We would love to see each one of you- even if it’s only for a short visit

Where can I park for the ceremony and reception?

Our ceremony location at Central Christian Church will have 90 spots available in their parking lot, lot entrance is located on N Martin Luther King Blvd. Our reception venue will also have parking lots available behind the Livery accessible from Water Street.

Transportation from Ceremony to Reception?

Answer

We will be moving from Central Christian Church located on East Short Street to the Livery on East Main Street. The two venues are one block away from each other. If weather permitting- the reception is a 1-2 minute walk from the ceremony. If weather does not allow walking -Lyft or Uber is always a great option as well.
