Our Wedding

Things To Do

The Wedding Website of Cassandra Buer and Jordan Lobitz
We encourage you to come a few days early or stay a few days after the wedding to enjoy all of the exciting activities and outdoor adventures both Chattanooga, and the larger East TN/North Georgia area, have to offer! We have been to all of the places listed below!
See Rock City!

See Rock City!

1400 Patten Road, Lookout Mountain, GA 30750

Created by God and enhanced by man, Rock City is a unique geological and botanical wonder. Located on the precipices of Lookout Mountain, this scenic, natural attraction offers people of all ages an opportunity to experience enchanting beauty as they adventure along a nature trail.

Ruby Falls

Ruby Falls

1720 Scenic Highway, Chattanooga, TN 37409

Ruby Falls is home to the tallest underground waterfall open to the public in the United States. The entrance sits on the Tennessee side of Lookout Mountain, featuring a 145-foot underground waterfall inside the Mountain (with an elevator going down). It was discovered in 1928 by Leo Lambert, who named it for his wife, Ruby. Visitors take guided tours through limestone caves, seeing stunning rock formations and experiencing the dramatic, lit-up waterfall at the end, with options for cave walks, ziplining, and exploring the historic castle.

Chattanooga Duk Tours

Chattanooga Duk Tours

151 Riverfront Parkway, Chattanooga, TN 37402

Tennessee Aquarium

Tennessee Aquarium

1 Broad Street, Chattanooga, TN 37402

The Tennessee Aquarium is one of the world's largest freshwater aquariums, and is comprised of two side-by-side buildings housing both a saltwater and freshwater aquarium. It is a public, non-profit aquarium and was the result of a massive community effort funded significantly by private philanthropy, alongside nonprofit groups and public support, to revitalize downtown Chattanooga. It is located next to the site where the city was born in 1816 – where Cherokee Chief John Ross established a trading post on the banks of the Tennessee River. Cassandra and Jordan are annual pass-holders- this aquarium has so much to see and is fun for all ages.

Chattanooga Choo Choo Historic District

Chattanooga Choo Choo Historic District

1400 Market Street, Chattanooga, TN 37402

The Chattanooga Choo Choo is a historic former railroad terminal in Tennessee, opened in 1909 as Terminal Station and famously immortalized by the 1941 Glenn Miller song. It served as a major travel hub before being converted into a hotel and entertainment complex in 1973 to prevent its demolition. Our favorite restaurants in the complex include Elsie's Daughter, Frothy Monkey (Taylor Swift's favorite coffee shop), Stir Restaurant, Gate 11 Distillery, and Tailgate Brewery & Pizza. If you're searching for somewhere to go dancing, Reagan's Retro Bar and Westbound Honkey Tonk are also in this complex!
