If using the web link, event passcode is PEARSONPARTY Hotel Information: The Hard Rock Riviera Maya is an All-Inclusive Resort, which means the price you pay when booking, is inclusive of all dining, beverages (alcoholic & otherwise), 24/7 room service, pool and beachside service, nightly entertainment, land activities, in-room WiFi, taxes, gratuities and SO much more! You will have the option to stay on the Hacienda (family friendly) or Heaven (adults only) side of the resort. Both sides have several dining options and cuisines for guests to choose from. Please note that if you stay on the Hacienda side, you will not have access to the Heaven side; however, if you stay on the Heaven side you will have access to all areas of the resort.

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE HOTEL ROOM BLOCK? This is an all-inclusive resort. Your rate includes all meals, beverages (including alcohol), airport ground transfers from the Cancun airport, and most taxes. IS THERE A MINIMUM STAY REQUIRED? Yes, a minimum stay of three nights is required to book through the room block. AM I ALLOWED TO EXTEND MY TRIP? Yes! You are welcome & encouraged to extend your stay at the resort for personal trips. The bride & groom will be staying through the following Friday (7/17), and you are more than invited to join us. To do so, please contact our travel coordinator, Melinda Shelley (details below) DO I HAVE TO STAY AT THE HARD ROCK HOTEL? While you're welcome to stay elsewhere, you must purchase a $161 day pass to attend the wedding if you choose to stay off property. Please note that day passes are limited in availability, and do not allow for usage of resort amenities outside of attending the wedding. FOUND A CHEAPER RATE? If you come across a lower rate elsewhere, please contact our travel specialist before booking. WHAT’S THE DEADLINE TO BOOK? Please book by February 14, 2026 to secure your spot. We recommend flying into the Cancun International Airport. Transportation to and from the Cancun airport and the Hard Rock Hotel is included in your hotel stay.

A passport is required to travel to Mexico. Make sure you have yours with you and double check that it's up to date!
