Our Happily Ever After

It all started in Arizona… As most of you know Lindsey was originally born & raised in Arizona and Matt was born & raised in Kansas. Matt was working for a company at the time, where they asked if anyone was willing to move to Arizona to help grow the company. Out of Matt’s character, he made a rash decision, went out on a limb, and took the job. He suddenly moved to Arizona without even thinking about it! He says something was telling him he needed to do this. About a year later, he met Lindsey at a Mexican restaurant. Lindsey was out with friends, while Matt wasn’t planning to go out with his friends, but last minute decided to go! Matt’s friend began talking to Lindsey’s friend. Matt saw Lindsey and “her brown hazelnut eyes” and said, Do you think she likes him? I laughed and said, “I don’t think so…” Matt replied, “Well atleast it gave me an excuse to talk to you…” Matt and Lindsey proceeded to go on multiple dates and really enjoyed each other’s company. They went up North almost every weekend to enjoy a new adventure. They hiked multiple mountains, exploring Sedona, Flagstaff, Prescott, and more. Fast forward… At one point in their love story, Matt and Lindsey had to do long distance for about a year and a half, which if anyone has done it, they know how hard it is! But they made it through! Finally, Lindsey moved to Kansas, “Midwest Matt’s” hometown, where they continued a happy life together and became engaged on their vacation in Alabama at the beach. Now we live happily ever after…. 💗
