When is the wedding?

Our wedding will take place on Saturday, October 24, 2026.

Where is the wedding?

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Henderson Acres near Asheville, North Carolina. The address is 197 Holcombe Branch Rd., Weaverville, NC, 28787.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Prelude & guest arrival begins at 4:00 p.m. and the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 p.m. Please plan to arrive 15–30 minutes early to get settled.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both be outdoors. Weather-appropriate shoes and layers are a good idea.

Are children invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration so everyone can relax and enjoy the evening.

Do you have any hotel accommodations?

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is Semi-Formal / Cocktail / Dressy Casual. Think polished but comfortable. Fall-friendly layers encouraged!

What should I not wear?

Please avoid jeans, shorts, flip-flops, or overly casual attire. Also, we kindly ask guests to avoid wearing white, ivory, or champagne tones.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Transportation will not be provided, but we encourage you to utilize rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft.

Can we give cash instead of a physical gift?

Answer

Absolutely. Your presence is the best gift, but if you’d like to contribute in another way, we’ve included options on our registry.

What kind of food will be served?

Dinner will be buffet style with options to accommodate most dietary needs.
