Best Woman
Making friends as a grown up is not as easy as when you're young, but for Joanna and Whitney it came pretty easy! Maybe it's their shared love of Publix or just that they are both really rad, whatever makes this friendship glow Whitney is sure as heck thankful for it!
Best Man
From the days way back of being young 20-somethings to men in their 40's, Brian and Peter have a bond of friendship like no other. They always seem to truly understand one another and are incredibly supportive of each other, and will never run out of critiques of the world surrounding them.
Officiant
Whitney and Matt's friendship did not begin in their shared high school anatomy and physiology class in 2001, but instead when they both transplanted to the Bay. They became fast homies and when Peter joined Whitney's life Potasky was the first friend she introduced to Peter. If you're curious about post-modern design or 90's Ferraris give this guy a shoulder tap!
Flower Child
The name Mr. K wouldn't mean anything to anybody else, but for Tara and Whitney it's a reminder of how they first met and became friends in 1996. From skate rinks to high school parties, from moving away for college to coming back together, from being roommates in the Burg to maintaining love and friendship over the miles and years, oh boy the stories these two women could tell. <3
MoeMa of the Bride
She's known the bride since well the beginning! "A mothers work is never done," is a statement that is most true when thinking about Sherrie. Tough as bones and sweet as gelato, this Italian speaking, budgeting wizard, funny as heck mom deserves Mother of the Year awards 36 years and running!
Step Pa of the Bride
Mr. Peter Fritsch came into Whitney's life when she was around 22, and while most of the fathering work was already done, he has become an example of a man that is kind and truly honorable. It was Peter himself that gave Whitney the advice while she was still single to, "find herself her own Peter"! Whitney took it a bit too literal as it now turns out :)
Mother of the Groom
She's darling and she's mighty! A home cooking master, and a traveling maven, she brought Peter into the world, showing him all it had to offer and cooking him the best meals a son could ask for. And with Whitney's family being across the country, she's been incredibly loving and welcoming to her new daughter-in-law to be!
Father of the Groom
Dzidek (pronounced Gee-deck), has a love of history and a talent for wood. A father who has instilled in Peter the true meaning of hard work and perseverance. Another true travel maven, Dzidek doesn't know how to sit still for long. If you want a chat about history or some of the most spectacular camping in the states he's the man for it!
