Her ultra crafty skills will be displayed as she is making Shannon’s wedding dress! There’s no way Shannon could have this wedding without her MoH.

Ben and Max have been friends since grade school. Max has always been a good friend that Ben could talk to and be himself around. During high school Ben didn't have a lot of friends, but Max was always there for him. They have shared many good times and will have many more.
Melissa Ly
Bridesmaid
Melissa and Shannon met in middle school. They shared in their nerdiness in math and volunteer work. Since then, Melissa has been Shannon’s rock through undergraduate school and beyond. Shannon is so appreciative to have a friend who she can rely on for anything.

Oscar and Ben met each other going dancing at the same places and became homies that share good times with each other. Ben really appreciates the time he spends with Oscar and likes It how he wants to hang out just one on one. Ben is not a chatty person but with Oscar he feels like he can talk to him for a long time.

Shannon is so excited to have a new sister in Rebecca! Rebecca has it all - the brains (PhD in mathematics), the athleticism (ultimate frisbee), the looks (obviously), and the heart. She makes the best chocolate truffles and other baked goods. Shannon is excited to continue to become closer with Rebecca.

Ben and Landon have worked two kitchen jobs together and Ben has always appreciated how Landon listened to him complain without judgement. Ben feels comfortable around Landon, like he can be himself. Landon has always been a friend that Ben can count on and be there for him.

Shannon’s nieces are the cutest duo in the world. They’re sassy, resilient, and smart. Those who know Shannon know she is not the biggest fan of kids, but she loves her nieces and is so excited to show them off at her wedding!

Meet the trash rat. This 6-pound fuzzball is packed with a ton of personality (almost too much). Shannon adopted her during her senior year in vet school despite not thinking she likes Chihuahuas. She loves snuggling and going to agility for fun courses.

From dungeon master to wedding officiant. The choice is obvious that the father of the groom should officiate our non-denominational wedding. We’re so excited to hear what quips he will have ready for us to celebrate this special day!
