We're concerned about COVID... What precautions are you taking?

Answer

We want to assure you that we are also taking current events VERY seriously and have been keeping up with all guidelines (your safety is a top priority!). We are staying in constant contact with all our vendors to ensure that everyone will have a safe (& enjoyable) evening. Our ceremony will take place outside with plenty of room for proper social distancing! During the reception, our venue and wedding coordinator are taking extra steps to minimize the number of guests at each table and have rearranged their traditional floor layouts to ensure that tables are spread out. Additional sanitation measures are being taken (including several hand sanitizer stations)! Our DJ, photographers, and photo booth are all taking proper precautions recommended by CDC to sanitize equipment between use. Both the county sheriff and mayor have inspected the facility and approved the measures being taken. When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than September 10, 2020. An RSVP card and stamped envelope have been included in our formal invitations.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress attire should be cocktail or semi-formal; while there is no formal dress code we ask that no jeans be worn.

What type of weather is expected?

Answer

We anticipate nice weather with lows in the 60s and highs in the 70s; GA weather can be unpredictable, so be sure to check the forecast the week prior!

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at 9 Oaks Farm in Monroe, GA.

What is happening after the ceremony?

Answer

Following the ceremony, we will be hosting a moonshine tasting on property while hors d'oeuvres are being passed around. Feel free to explore and mingle before dinner!
