How do I get to the wedding venue?

Answer

We are providing transportation! Buses will pick-up and drop-off nearby (1) Next to the Steamboat Grand Hotel (see note below), (2) The Holiday Inn, and (3) The Residence Inn. Pick-up will be at 3pm MT and we will send a detailed email closer to the date. Please don't hesitate to text us if you have any questions (don't want people missing the bus!) NOTE: The exact pick-up location will be the Gondola Transit Center, which is a large bus parking lot to the southeast of the Steamboat Grand hotel (right off of Mt. Werner Cir). If you have trouble finding it, it is right across the street from Ski Town Wine and Spirits at 2300 Mt. Werner Cir.

What happens if I miss the bus at ~3pm?

Is the wedding venue really a bison ranch? Is it all outdoors?

Answer

Yes! Lucky 8 Ranch is a family-owned and operated bison ranch! Everything will be outdoors! We will be on grass for the ceremony and cocktail hour, so wear comfy shoes/block heels that you can get around in. We expect it to be warm during the day, but can cool down at night (will be inside a tent post-sundown).
