The ceremony will begin at 4:30 PM. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding a seat. Guests who arrive after 4:30 PM will be asked to wait by the reception area until the ceremony has concluded.
Our venue has plenty of free on-site parking.
Please visit our "Travel" tab. This will show hotel options. Also, there are also several Air B and B's in Nashville, we recommend staying on the west side of downtown as this area is in between the venue and downtown as well as about 20 minutes to the airport. This would be a great option for large groups to stay together! Please feel free to reach out to us with any options that you find and we would be more than happy to let you know if the option is in a good area or not.

We love your little ones so much! However, we respectfully request no children on this night. We hope that you take this as an opportunity to enjoy a fun night out for yourself!
We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting semi-formal attire, midi or floor length dresses are appropriate and men do not have to wear a tie or jacket if they wish not to. We ask for please no jeans or denim and avoid wearing shades of white. The ceremony will be held outside and the cocktail hour and reception will be held in a barn with open doors on the side.
