We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting a semi-formal attire, midi or floor length dresses are appropriate and men do not have to wear a tie or jacket if they wish not to. We ask for please no jeans or denim and avoid wearing shades of white.
The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding a seat. Guests who arrive after 4:30pm will be asked to wait by the reception area until the ceremony has completed. The ceremony will be held outside, but covered.
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
We will have an open bar and a grazing table. We will also be taking pictures with guests during this time!
6:00 pm
The reception will be held inside with sliding open doors on the sides of the building if it is nice outside. The reception will also be open bar. During the reception we will be having a Dollar Dance. This is a great opportunity for us to have some one on one time with each guest. Get ready to dance :)
10:00 pm
We will be doing a sparkler exit to end the night!
10:45 pm
We have a bus bringing anyone who needs a ride back into Nashville at 10:45pm. The bus will be able to accommodate 56 people and the drop off location will be at Best Western Plus Belle Meade Inn & Suites. This is a central location where then you can take a quick uber/lyft to the destination that you are staying at.
