Hotel Indigo Madison Downtown, an IHG Hotel

We have hotel blocks for Friday May 23rd-Monday May 26th morning checkout. If you will not be checking in Friday, be sure the edit the dates in the link to accommodate when you will be checking in. This hotel is a 3-minute walk to the venue and would be the preferred hotel for guests as they are more traditional-style rooms. Due to the proximity of Hotel Indigo and Moxy to the venue, we will not be providing a shuttle service. Should you choose to stay further away or at an Air-BNB, we recommend using a ride service such as Uber or Lyft as there is limited parking available at the venue.

Moxy Madison Downtown

We have room rates from Friday May 23rd-Monday May 26th morning check out for guests that are making a long weekend trip. Be sure to edit dates in the link if you will be getting into town Saturday or Sunday instead. Please note that Hotel Moxy has a modern/ minimalist aesthetic. Ideal for guests that don't need a lot of room or plan to do more sight-seeing. It's a 3-minute walk as well to the venue as well and has a new rooftop bar! Due to the proximity of Hotel Moxy and Indigo to the venue, we will not be providing a shuttle service. Should you choose to stay further away or at an Air-BNB, we recommend using a ride service such as Uber or Lyft as there is limited parking available at the venue.

Dane County Regional Airport

Dane County Regional Airport (Madison airport) is a small airport that is about 10 minutes from the preferred hotels and venue. However, flights may be cheaper to fly into Chicago O'Hare or Milwaukee but will require a rental car that is about a 2-hour drive to Madison.
