The gardens will open to all guests at 3:30 pm, with a welcome glass of champagne.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4 pm.
The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place outdoors. The reception will be held under a reception tent.
Black Tie Optional. Men: tuxes are optional, otherwise dark-colored full suits with a jacket and tie/bowtie. Women: formal dresses are preferred. Please note that the color of the dress does not have to be black! For those wearing heels, there are paved walkways throughout the venue. Bring a second pair of more comfortable shoes for dancing! We kindly request no denim, boots, hats, rompers, cocktail dresses, skirts, light-colored suits, loud patterns, or the color white (except accents and dress shirts). This is a formal event so please dress your best! You are all going to look amazing :) Feel free to message us if you have questions on attire.
If you are thinking of renting a tuxedo, there are quite a few options. One that we have used in the past is Generation Tux (generationtux.com) and it worked well for us. Another option we know of, but have not used before, is The Black Tux (theblacktux.com).

As much as we love all of the children in our life, we sincerely regret that we are unable to accommodate children. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so that you can have a night out and celebrate the evening with us!
A welcome glass of champagne upon arrival. Hors d'oeuvres will be served during the cocktail hour. The reception will be a plated service. Both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options will be available during the cocktail hour and reception.
Please let us know of any dietary restrictions/needs when you RSVP to the wedding and select your meal option.
Yes, there is plenty of parking at the venue. Please plan head to ensure you drive safely at the end of the night, or take Uber/Lyfts to and from the venue. *Cars that are left overnight need to be gone before 8am, otherwise they will be towed by the venue.*
We recommend out of town guests fly into Seattle-Tacoma (SeaTac) International Airport.
Please refer to the Travel tab if you are interested in staying at a hotel near the venue. There are other lodging options (e.g. other hotels, VRBOs, Airbnbs, etc.) nearby that you're more than welcome to use. We recommend booking hotel rooms sooner than later! We will be staying at the Hampton Inn & Suites Tacoma Puyallup the night of.
