Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP, you can either mail back the card that came with your formal invitation or head to the RSVP section of this website. We ask that you kindly RSVP by October 11. Please RSVP even if you are unable to make it.

Can I bring a date/children?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the number of guests indicated on your invitation. If your partner or children are invited, their name(s) will appear on our website when you RSVP. If someone on your list cannot attend, please note this does not mean they can be replaced with a separate guest in their place. Thank you so much for understanding!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our venue will be open to guests starting at 3:30 PM. The ceremony begins at 4:30 PM. Please aim to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to ensure time to park and find seats so that we can begin on time!

Can we take photos and videos on our phones?

Answer

We respectfully ask that all guests keep their phones and cameras away for the ceremony. We invite all our guests to be fully present with us during this intimate time as we begin our lives together. We have hired an amazing photographer and videographer to capture the ceremony, and we cannot wait to share those photos with you! Please take all the videos and photos you would like during Cocktail Hour and the Reception, while being respectful of our hired vendors and the jobs they are there to do. What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see all of our loved ones dressed up for our big day! The dress code is semi-formal. Ladies can wear a nice dress while gentlemen can wear a suit or dress shirts and pants. Please no jeans, t-shirts, or sneakers. Although it will be November, all wedding events will take place indoors, with the exception of our Grand Exit at the end of the evening. We kindly ask that you avoid wearing colors traditionally reserved for the bride, such as white, ivory, or nude.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

OF COURSE! The drinks are on us but the hangover is on you- so get ready to celebrate! We will be providing a variety of beer and wine options for our guests over 21. Please drink responsibly, and DO NOT drive if you have consumed alcohol. We want everyone we love to be safe, so please plan accordingly. Uber is always a great option as there are many hotels within 15 minutes of the venue.

Where do we park?

Answer

We have attached an image at the top of this FAQ page with parking options near our venue. The venue is located in downtown Mooresville, so parking at the venue itself is limited to a small lot located on the East side of the building and street parking. However, there are several parking areas (as seen on the map) in the nearby vicinity and we hope you find this map useful! If you plan on consuming alcohol, we strongly encourage carpooling or using Uber or Lyft for your safety!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

YES! Under the "Travel" section of this website, we have a hotel block available to all of our wonderful guests at the Courtyard by Marriott Indianapolis Plainfield. The venue is located in Mooresville, which is a small city and does not have hotel accommodations. However, Plainfield, IN, is 15 minutes away from our venue and there are plenty of options in that area if you are in need of a place to stay the night before or after our big day!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

All wedding events are listed on this website under the "Schedule" tab. We do not EXPECT all of our guests to celebrate with us until the end of the night. However, we would LOVE if our guests would stay to drink and dance the night away with us! We have planned a Grand Exit with sparklers around 9:45 PM and would love to be sent off surrounded by all of our favorite people!

Answer

We are registered on Amazon! You can access our registry on this website under the "Registry" tab or search our registry by either of our names on Amazon!
