Arrival
When booking your travel accommodations, please plan to arrive by Saturday night or Sunday morning with enough time to get to the wedding venue in Allenspark. The venue is about a 90 minute drive from Denver International Airport (DIA), and traffic is always a possibility! We recommend finding a buddy to carpool with from DIA. And, please note that a shuttle will be provided to/from Estes Park to the wedding ceremony on Sunday afternoon. Estes Park is a fairly walkable town and has a shuttle throughout. However, if you'd like the freedom to venture into Rocky Mountain National Park, or one of the other nearby towns, we recommend renting a car. Labor Day is one of the busiest weekends in Estes Park, so plan accordingly!

Shuttle
Ceremony Shuttle

We’re providing a shuttle to make getting to and from the ceremony easy and stress-free! The shuttle will pick up guests from our hotel block at Hotel Estes as well as a central location in downtown Estes Park and transport everyone to the ceremony. Return shuttles will also be available following the reception celebration. More details on exact pickup locations and timing will be shared soon. We’re looking forward to celebrating with you!

If you’re flying in, there’s a reliable shuttle service that can take you from Denver International Airport (DIA) directly to our hotel block at Hotel Estes — no car needed! Shuttle service details: • One-way fare: approximately $85 per person • Round-trip fare: approximately $155 per person • Pickup at Denver International Airport (outside baggage claim door 513 on the east side) and drop-off directly in Estes Park, including at hotels like Hotel Estes. You can book your shuttle, check schedules, and reserve your spot online at the shuttle company’s website: https://estesparkshuttle.com/airport-shuttle-information/ Please be sure to reserve your spot in advance, especially during busy travel periods.

The most accessible airport to our venue is Denver International Airport, which is about a 90 minute drive from our venue. If you plan to rent a car, DIA has various rental car options. Choose your preferred company, grab a car, and head on out to join us in the mountains!

Feel free to book your own accommodations nearby as there are plenty of great cabins and hotel options around Allenspark and Estes Park. However, if you choose to book your own accommodations please know that you may be responsible for your own transportation to/from the venue! If you plan to drive, please note that the venue is off of a curvy, mountainous road, and has limited parking. Please only drive if you are comfortable navigating the curvy roads after dark. ***There is limited service at the venue, with cell phone service only available at the lodge, a short walk from the reception hall. Uber/lyft will not be reliable.***
